today its the 1th year and 2nd day in army. its a very long road since then and i must say i have learnt lots of things.
after my BMT @ORION, i was posted to FOXTROT for BSLC, then ETI STW and finally landed at AETC to be a proud ME COMMANDER. Among courses, friendships were made during my BSLC and the fun times will always be remembered. Other than that, I dont really make friends in courses.
@ AETC, Life was completely different from what I have painted. Problems sank in when I was to be the I/C. Its an achievement yet a daunting task. I never get full cooperation from the people around me, causing me to feel that I dont have the capability at times. There is LAB, security issues that I done, tank mired, having to conduct 5bx, mistakes that i do. lots and lots of stuff between my commander. Sometimes i feel i should write it down in a journal so that i will always remember the mistakes i made and take it as a learning experience.
maybe sometimes i do shouldnt have the "regular" mentality and try to help you guys. but logically speaking, what should be done must and should be done. WHY dont do?cuz its **?cant be what? Also, sometimes they may be a little eccentric but again if u were to think deeper, its to save our asses though they may come too late. and appear to be ttrying to pick on others. Its just to send a reminder to the rest to use their Fbrain before doing anything. and dun assume u got rank then dunno dun ask for help.
I have thought for long and feel that my time was not well spent. first half of the year was wasted to try to salvage something that makes me irritated.while second half was wasted on watching unrealistic fantasy.
THUS, my resolution for this year is very simple; To save as much money while balancing with the opportunity cost of nt spending on goods and services, To participate and join as much activities to make my life the fullest.

wow. first book out.

trainings and trainings. 3 things that have changed bout me. become darker, 6packs and muscles start growing and "botaks".. haha.. and ya, also more abrasions and blisters. it was fun and also physically demanding. but i am sure i am up there. haha.. =) at most, just suck thumb and endure!
first book out, went to sdc. take shuttle to jp, had a bite with section mates there. went home to unload stuffs and take a quick surf in the net and bathe. head back down to jp to see her. and i saw one of my sir and his gf at fish and co. haha.. i think my sir makes a good bf. he really pays attention to her. i saw him remaining eye-to-eye contact with her while she is talking and he keeps smiling.
make specs, moving around shopping centres. are part of what i do during my first book out. luckily leon helps me to get those IFC stuff from army market or else i have to get up early to go down today. thanks leon.!!! i had a group of very good buddies at army. lol. =)
thats all for it. i am going to go out and celebrate my mum's birthday lor.

this few days have been a little weird. that everybody is studying while i am not wearing uniform. this few days, i went to gym and swimming as well as do some random shopping at causeway. and in the morning, everything is so quiet. where's the people that is always there whenever i go to this places last year? in the evening, the bus is fully crowded. wow. why are they all in uniform? hurrr.
one more impt thing is the rise in fare. no more 45cents sadly. its like a cut in the flesh. haha.. lol. tmr going to run and my target is under 11:30. haix. long time since i run. lolx. if i get to OCS, then jialat liao. *hmmm, roy you are thinking so far ahead!!! =p*

look out for more about my new year resolution as well as highlights for 2007. the high and lows, the up and downs, the happiness and sadness that have happened throughout this year.
ok. yesterday was my NJ 01 cls outing. we went to have our dinner @ HIP. not value for money. portion small yet cost is about 20/person (excluding drink/dessert). had our talks and laughs. took photos around orchard like as if its xmas. maybe our time clock moves a little slow. haha.. but there's lotsa fun. miss them(justin, tim, chok kee, ying jie, yu ting, jing ying, ahma and the others who nv came) and the nj lifestyle. haha.. played "zhong ji mi ma", was very lucky. once the number is either 77 or 78. and so its either me or ying jie. haha. and i chose the "correct number"... after that, its what-i-called-"group-cam-whore"(the not nj-style of talking... *flashback* tim told me to change back to the nj-style of talking last night. hurrr...).. basically, we just took photos along orchard.
soon, i departed them as they continue to venture to luckyplaza to play pool. i alighted at kap, saw syl and she seems SHOCKED. haha. bet syl must be thinking "wow, roy so sweet ar, come and find her." walked some distance to look for her and then home sweet home. haha. ok. tats it for ytd. BUT still waiting for photos.

heello guys...
Yesterday, full-packed events, starting with... driving lesson at 8. breakfast at 1015 running at 1045 gym at 1130 mission to find dd at 1400 (failed) getting my gv membership card at 1400 buying 4d and toto at 1430 back home at 1530 out to "the legendary 163" at 1630 reach "the cathay" at 1830 "the warlord" at 1925 to amk hub at 2200 home sweet home at 2300
Today, terrible. starting from the time i came home ytd, i am still having slight fever. feeling terrible terrible terrible. last night, sleep was horrid. feeling cold and hot at times. lazy to check temperature but the feeling is like i had dengue. At least 7 panafol helps but its not cured yet. hurr. nth much for today excpt for driving again, looking for dd, and watching 2 cute movies. now recuperating by having more sleep. hee. =P
Tomorrow, I will be having my TP practical test. If i passed, it will be the best* xmas gift FROM SANTA, a driving licence with a red packet of 450dollars. woo hoo.!!!
